Salary: Up to AED 20,000 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect with a proven track record in conceptual design and collaboration with developers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the aesthetic and functional enhancement of diverse projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop landscape design from concept to completion while meeting the specifications and standards of the project.
2. Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the vision and objectives of the landscape projects are achieved.
3. Prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings, including applications, construction details, and specifications for the landscape project.
4. Monitor the landscape project progress to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
5. Provide expert advice on the selection of materials and the style of plantings and other elements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design, specifically working with developers on projects.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating comprehensive landscape designs.
4. Proficient with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
6. Knowledge of the local flora, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices is preferred.
