Discipline with preferably a PMP certification or any other project management related certification. 4 – 6 years minimum experience in Architectural designing in similar/construction industry.

Skills:

Technical expertise and solid understanding of structures for producing detailed drawings and specifications. A good working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations is important, together with attention to detail. Able to read, interpret, and understand complex structural drawings. Should have the ability to use design software like STAAD, SAP, and Prokon.
