Landscape Architect

We are looking for a talented and experienced Landscape Architect to join our team, he will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the development of outdoor spaces, including parks, residential and commercial landscapes, and urban projects. The candidate must have a strong background in landscape design, site planning, and environmental sustainability, with expertise in using industry-standard software.

• Develop innovative landscape designs that align with project goals, environmental sustainability, and client requirements.
• Prepare conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models for landscape projects.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments to determine design suitability.
• Select appropriate plant species, hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and lighting to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, urban planners, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape projects.
• Oversee on-site implementation of landscape projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety requirements.
• Utilize BIM software, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant tools to produce accurate design documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in landscape architecture, sustainability, and green building practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design, planning, and implementation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, GIS, and other landscape design software.
• Strong knowledge of plant selection, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscape practices.
• Experience in preparing construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, municipality approvals, and environmental policies in the UAE.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
