Land Surveyor - InfraRoad Dubai

The Land Surveyor performs all duties associated with surveying which may include direction and preparation of boundary surveys, easements, and descriptions.

Job Duties:

• Performing record research, construction stakeout, and boundary, topographic, transportation, and utility surveys utilizing total stations and data collectors.
• Review information from survey teams regarding measurement of distances, directions, angles between points, and elevation of points, lines, and contours on above and below the earth's surface.
• Plan field work & select known survey reference points.
• Determine the precise location of important features in the survey area.
• Research legal records, look for evidence of previous boundaries, and analyze the data to determine the location of boundary lines.
• Record the results of surveys and verify accuracy of data.
• Prepare plots, maps, and reports, metes and bounds descriptions.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in relevant Engineering field (i.e., Civil, Geodetic, or related field).

Experience:

The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineering graduate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in land surveying field and setting out of works of similar nature, or a Diploma holder with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the land surveying field in similar works.
