Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage the front desk, answer and direct incoming calls, and respond to emails.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Arrange travel bookings including flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order.
Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors to secure the best travel options.
Handle last-minute travel changes and cancellations efficiently.
Monitor travel expenses and ensure they adhere to company policies.
Provide support to employees during their travel, addressing any issues that arise.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Support other departments with administrative needs as required.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
