Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a qualified Lab Technician to undertake a variety of laboratory procedures of technical nature.

Responsibilities

1. Receive, label, and analyze samples (blood, toxic tissue, etc.)
2. Design and execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures, make observations, and interpret findings.
3. Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
4. Organize and store all chemicals, substances, fluids, and compressed gases according to safety instructions.
5. Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility.
6. Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
7. Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.

Requirements and Skills

1. Excellent physical condition and endurance.
2. Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems.
3. Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
4. Valid laboratory technician license.
5. Degree in biology, chemistry, or relevant field.
