Laboratory supervisor for the Nutrition and Dietetics program

Qualification: Master degree in nutrition and/or dietetics. Holding a national or international license in Dietetics will be a plus.

Job Description:

Prepare, maintain, and supervise undergraduate laboratories such as:

1. Food Science
2. Food Preparation
3. Nutritional Assessment
4. Food Microbiology
5. Medical Nutrition Therapy

Ensure that chemicals, reagents, tools, equipment, and storerooms are in good condition and ready for use.
Implement the College laboratory safety requirements.
Train students to use different tools and equipment.
Coordinate students’ internship.
Initiate extra-curricular activities.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties.

General Conditions:

1. 1+ years of proven interactive experience.
2. Relevant work experience in an Academic/Medical institution.
3. Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
4. Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication.
5. Own a car with a valid driving license.
