Job Description:
Role Title: L1 Support Engineers (Applications, Infrastructure, Network Security & End User Support)
Role Type: Outsourced, Full Time, On-Site, Long term
Working Hours: 8 hours + 1 hour lunch break (rotational shifts as 24/7 operation)
Requirements: Experience with minimum 02 domains: Applications, Infrastructure, Network Security and End User Support
Accommodation: Sharing accommodation facility will be provided
Transportation: Will be provided to visit client location from company provided accommodation or our client’s office

Desired Candidate Profile:
Application Engineer: Minimum 3 Years in Large Industry monitoring using Dynatrace
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Large Industry monitoring Databases, and application in production environment
- Technical Skills: Experience in application concepts, triaging of application issues identified by Monitoring tools and identify RCA and report to owner.
- Monitoring Tools: Experience with application monitoring tools (Dynatrace) and incident management systems (ServiceNow).
End User Support Engineer: 3+ Years in Large Industry monitoring using Nextthink (Microsoft/Linux/Cloud /Hardware/Nexthink certifications are preferred)
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Large Industry monitoring Desktops, laptops and workstations
- Technical Skills: Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure components (Desktops, Laptops, VDI, Systems, Windows and Linux OS, DB, Storage system, Cloud Solution, Virtual Environment, MS Azure etc.)
- Monitoring Tools: Experience with End User Devices tools (Nextthink) and incident management systems (ServiceNow).
Infrastructure Engineer: 3+ Years in Large Industry monitoring using Solarwinds (Microsoft/Linux/Cloud /Hardware/Solarwinds/CISCO CCNA /Security or equivalent are preferred)
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Large Industry monitoring Digital Infrastructure in production environment
- Technical Skills: Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure components (Systems, Windows and Linux OS, DB, Storage system, Cloud Solution, Virtual Environment, MS Azure etc.)
- Monitoring Tools: Experience with IT Infrastructure monitoring tools (SolarWinds) and incident management systems (ServiceNow).
Network Security Engineer:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in large industry monitoring network and security operations.
- Technical Skills: Experience in troubleshooting Network/Security devices (Switches, routers, firewall, Load balancer, MPLS link, WAN links etc.)
- Monitoring Tools: Experience with network and security monitoring tools (SolarWinds) and incident management systems (ServiceNow).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a 24/7 operations environment, particularly in a NOC or similar role.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly incident and problem management.
- Good understanding of Digital & Cybersecurity service management processes.
- Exposure to configuration management tools.
