KOL/Influencer Manager

What We're Looking For

Industry Expertise:

• Proven experience managing KOLs or influencers, especially in crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and audience trends.

Strong Network:

• Established connections with top influencers and content creators in crypto and blockchain.
• Relationships with media outlets and social platforms.

Social Media Savvy:

• Familiar with platforms like Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Experience identifying influencers with high engagement and followership (50k+ preferred).
• Track record of executing high-impact campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Analytical mindset to measure performance and ROI.
• Ability to work with influencers to co-create authentic, engaging, and on-brand content.
• Strong grasp of crypto trends to align campaigns with audience interests.

Negotiation and Communication Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage contracts and partnerships.

Adaptability and Metrics Focus:

• Thrives in a fast-paced industry with a metrics-driven approach.
• Passionate about crypto, blockchain, and driving innovation through technology.
