Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end knowledge capture processes from high-performing assets worldwide.
- Develop taxonomies and platforms to codify both explicit and tacit expertise.
- Re-establish, administer, and manage CoPs (Communities of Practice) and expert forums to disseminate best practices rapidly.
- Benchmark manufacturing processes against industry-leading standards.
- Identify training needs and knowledge gaps to strengthen capabilities.
- Ensure integrated knowledge systems and digital tools are optimized.
- Report on metrics that demonstrate impact on operational excellence.
