Kitchen Steward

Responsibilities

• Well Organized
• Clean stoves, ovens, grills, and refrigerators using cleaning solutions, brushes, and washcloths.
• Inspect kitchen equipment for cleanliness and order improvement of efficiency.
• Restock supplies for servers and cooks.
• Clean and sanitize the area.
• Operate dishwasher and clean the general kitchen area.
• Clean, sanitize, and put away dishes.
• Perform janitorial services; occasionally plate food before service.
