Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervises kitchen staff and coordinates schedules
2. Ensures that the kitchen is kept clean and safe
3. Orders kitchen inventory, materials, and other supplies
4. Conducts weekly inventory audits
5. Coordinates with restaurant manager regarding menu item changes and prices
6. Ensures food storage and preparation comply with both health and safety regulations
7. Maintains records of day-to-day operations
