Duties:
Support Cook de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in the daily operation and also work.
Control food stock and food cost in his/her section.
Comply with the guidelines and referrals from the immediate Superiors to finish the day-to-day tasks.
Ensure the greatest standards as well as consistent quality in the daily preparation.
Working knowledge with ingredient constraints (breads that are gluten-free, sugarless etc.)
Willingness to renew professional expertise.
Requirements:
Excellent focus to detail and creativity.
Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, cooking or relevant field.
