Kitchen Manager Vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE
We are HIRING! Searching for a Dining Establishment Supervisor with the same area and UAE experience, and prepared to relocate to Ras-al-Khaimah.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations.
- Provide superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate on daily restaurant monitoring procedures.
- Deliver remarkable food and beverage service and maximize client satisfaction.
- Respond effectively and properly to restaurant customer issues.
- Consistently review product quality.
- Organize and monitor changes.
- Assess team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future requirements for goods, kitchen equipment, and cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage the restaurant's good image and suggest methods to enhance it.
- Control operational costs and identify actions to cut waste.
- Develop in-depth reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenditures.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Train new and current employees on appropriate customer service methods.
- Audit primarily in food safety.
- Implement plans and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: AED 4,000.00 - AED 4,500.00 per month
Capability to commute/relocate: Ras al-Khaimah: Dependably commute or preparing to relocate before starting job (Preferred).
Language: Arabic (Preferred).
