Kitchen Manager Vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE

We are HIRING! Searching for a Dining Establishment Supervisor with the same area and UAE experience, and prepared to relocate to Ras-al-Khaimah.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations.
  2. Provide superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate on daily restaurant monitoring procedures.
  4. Deliver remarkable food and beverage service and maximize client satisfaction.
  5. Respond effectively and properly to restaurant customer issues.
  6. Consistently review product quality.
  7. Organize and monitor changes.
  8. Assess team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  9. Estimate future requirements for goods, kitchen equipment, and cleaning products.
  10. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  11. Manage the restaurant's good image and suggest methods to enhance it.
  12. Control operational costs and identify actions to cut waste.
  13. Develop in-depth reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenditures.
  14. Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  15. Train new and current employees on appropriate customer service methods.
  16. Audit primarily in food safety.
  17. Implement plans and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: AED 4,000.00 - AED 4,500.00 per month

Capability to commute/relocate: Ras al-Khaimah: Dependably commute or preparing to relocate before starting job (Preferred).

Language: Arabic (Preferred).
