Placement Title: F & B Workflow Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Wage: up to 28K AED, depending upon experience and credentials

About the Customer: Leading event catering, restaurants, and cloud kitchen operator in Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

1. Coordinate with Project supervisor concerning status of Staff allowance, any employment requirements, purchase of materials, etc.
2. Interact with the entire group regularly to have a complete understanding of clients' responses, delivery improvement, problems, and ideal strategies for task progression.
3. Ensure strict compliance with all appropriate Hygiene and Safety regulations and requirements.
4. Review product variety frequently to ensure that all vital quality standards are maintained upon serving to customers.
5. Maintain the F & B Management invoices and journals, manage and check expenses related to catering equipment repair, manage the asset register, and assist in budget setup each business evaluation with management.

Requirements:

1. 45 years old and below
2. Diploma in business administration/management or any relevant programs
3. A minimum of 15 years of total experience in F & B sector and has been in the same role within GCC for a minimum of 5 years
4. Experience from catering companies or cloud kitchens is an advantage
5. Immediate joiners will be prioritized
