Note and maintain records of the machine and motor.
Repair work orders and carry them out.
Take care of lighting in the general area.
Submit diary reports to the Assistant Chief Engineer.
Attend meetings as assigned by the Assistant Chief Engineer.
Inform the Assistant Chief Engineer of all happenings in the department.

Continuous learning through own IDP.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Technical College.
Minimum 6 years of direct experience in kitchen engineering in a hotel.
