Kitchen Designer / CAD

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella: SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere, and Public.

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Kitchen Designer for our restaurants.

Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of restaurant kitchen layouts.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and kitchen designers.
3. Conduct site visits.
4. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
5. Stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

Seeking experienced candidates with 5+ years of experience in the Restaurant and Commercial kitchen design industry.
