Job description

To provide day-to-day support in the Kitchen department by judicious use of time and available admin tools and resources.

Help to create and maintain a unique guest experience and uphold resort brand standards.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and re-directing calls as required.
  2. Taking minutes of meetings as required.
  3. Assisting the kitchen team in daily scheduling.
  4. Updating employee schedules and processing payroll.
  5. Assisting in all kitchen administrative tasks.
  6. Complying with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
