Kindergarten Teachers - Aug 2025

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teachers to join our dedicated team in August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and interactive Kindergarten lessons to early years students, following the school's curriculum and educational standards.
2. Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for early years and foster critical thinking skills.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
4. Ensure continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
5. Differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
6. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
7. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.

Successful candidates will need:

1. A Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent specialism in Primary/Elementary.
2. Proven experience teaching early years, preferably within an American/IB curriculum school.
3. Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and hands-on early years/elementary education.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
6. A strong desire to continually improve their practice and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences for their students.
