Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Kindergarten teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Kindergarten teacher. You will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that develop children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth. You should also be able to provide a safe and stimulating environment that encourages learning and positive behavior.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
2. 2+ years of experience teaching kindergarteners
3. Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories
4. Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
5. Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
6. Ability to work with children of diverse backgrounds
7. Must be willing to relocate to Sharjah, UAE (for non-local applicants)

Responsibilities:

1. Developing lesson plans that are both age appropriate and engaging for kindergarteners
2. Maintaining daily records of children’s progress and behaviors
3. Supervising classroom activities to ensure all students are engaged in the lesson
4. Establishing positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members
5. Assisting in organizing field trips for the class to enhance learning experiences
