Kindergarten Teacher

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a complete teaching plan
2. Teach foundational skills such as the alphabet and numeracy, as well as personal, social, and emotional development
3. Organize and utilize learning materials and resources effectively
4. Employ a variety of teaching methods, including songs, stories, media, structured games, art, and outdoor activities, to inspire and engage children
5. Maintain open communication with parents, providing necessary updates and information
6. Assess student performance and progress regularly to ensure skill mastery
7. Observe and guide children's interactions to foster cooperation and sharing
8. Collaborate with administrative staff
9. Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, Kindergarten Assistant, or Teacher Aide
2. ADEK Approval Appointment letter (preferred)
3. In-depth understanding of child development and current educational theories and practices
4. Creative and artistic teaching skills
5. Strong organizational and teaching abilities
6. Patience and adaptability
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education
9. Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant license/certificate
10. Filipinos preferred
