Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our team and provide quality education to our young students. The successful candidate should have excellent classroom management skills, be creative, and be able to use innovative methods to engage students in the learning process.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver lessons that are stimulating and appropriate to the age of the children.
2. Use innovative methods such as storytelling, craft activities, music, play, etc. to engage students in the learning process.
3. Monitor student progress and adjust curriculum accordingly.
4. Lead small group activities.
5. Provide constructive feedback on student performance.
6. Ensure a safe environment for all students.
7. Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and parents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience teaching Kindergarten age children.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact positively with young children, parents, and colleagues.
4. Ability to lead by example; effective role model for students.
5. Knowledgeable in child development principles.
