What will you be doing?

• Perform all managerial functions for the Kids Club Staff according to company policies and procedures including hiring qualified Kids Club Attendants, training, and performance management.
• Schedule Kids Club Attendants to meet the current Kids Club Budget as assigned by Service.
• Attend all club staff meetings.
• Keep the Assistant Entertainment Manager or Entertainment Manager informed daily of all extraordinary or unusual conditions and situations. Contact the supervisor to assist with handling of special situations.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Entertainment Manager/Director of Entertainment.
• Ensure that parents or guardians have signed a Kids Club Agreement and have signed at the register along with emergency information.
• Ensure that all parents receive copies of the Kids Club Agreement.
• Ensure that all members utilizing the Kids Club have paid for the service.
• Ensure that the Kids Club area is clean and maintained according to set standards.
• Ensure that all toys and other objects are clean and safe.
• Ensure the safety of children in the Kids Club area. Follow all safety procedures.
• Ensure that all Kids Club staff maintain current CPR certification for all ages.
• Report incidents according to company policy and submit completed incident reports to the Service Manager.
• Assist the Entertainment Manager with all member concerns regarding the Kids Club.
• Train all Kids Club attendants to perform duties according to company policy.
• Provide care to children including paging the parent or guardian to change soiled diapers, cleaning soiled clothing and accessories, attending to their personal needs, and similar tasks.
• Discipline children and recommend or initiate other measures to control behavior.
• Develop and implement activities for the Center with attention to the children’s needs and safety at all times.
• Project a positive, friendly, and caring attitude at all times while interacting with children and their families.
• Provide parents or guardians with information about the child’s behavior and any unusual occurrences or activities involving their child.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Be committed to exceeding guest expectations.
