Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Performs all managerial functions for the Kids Club Staff according to company policies and procedures including, hiring qualified Kids Club Attendants, training, and performance management.
  2. Schedules Kids Club Attendants to meet current Kids Club Budget as assigned by Service.
  3. Attends all club staff meetings.
  4. Keeps Assistant Entertainment Manager or Entertainment Manager informed daily of all extraordinary or unusual conditions and situations. Contacts supervisor to assist with handling of special situations.
  5. Performs other duties as requested by Entertainment Manager/Director of Entertainment.
  6. Ensures that parent or guardian has signed a Kids Club Agreement and emergency information at the register.
  7. Ensures that all parents receive copies of the Kids Club Agreement.
  8. Ensures that all members utilizing Kids Club have paid for the service.
  9. Ensures that the Kids Club area is clean and maintained according to set standards.
  10. Ensures that all toys and other objects are clean and safe.
  11. Ensures the safety of children in Kids Club area. Follows all safety protocols.
  12. Ensures that all Kids Club staff maintains current CPR certification for all ages.
  13. Reports incidents according to company policy and submits completed incident reports to the Service Manager.
  14. Assists Entertainment Manager with all member concerns regarding Kids Club.
  15. Trains all Kids Club attendants to perform duties according to company policy.
  16. Provides care to children including paging the parent or guardian to change soiled diapers, cleaning soiled clothing and accessories, attending to their personal needs, and similar tasks.
  17. Disciplines children and recommends or initiates other measures to control behavior.
  18. Develops and implements activities for the Center focusing on the children's needs and safety at all times.
  19. Projects a positive, friendly, and caring attitude at all times while interacting with children and their guardians.
  20. Provides parents or guardians with information regarding the child’s behavior and any unusual occurrences or activities involving their child.

Your Experience and Skills Include:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a 5-star hotel.
  • Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
