Project Role: Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description: Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have Skills: Microsoft 365
Good to Have Skills: No Technology Specialization
Key Responsibilities:

• Expert in large-scale Email/Messaging hybrid environment, G Suite/O365/Exchange on-premises
• Expert experience with Email protocols SMTP, IMAP, POP, Security SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and API Integrations
• Hands-on knowledge of Email security gateways Cisco ESA/SMA
• Expert in Windows Server Administration, preferably Windows Server 2016 and higher OS
• Basic hands-on experience in infrastructure services: DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Fileshare, Print Service, Certificates Management

• Hands-on experience using scripts and scripting languages such as Powershell, Python
• Basic Knowledge on AWS Cloud Hosting VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, SSM, CFT, Secrets Manager
• Experience in Monitoring and Alerting systems preferred Splunk, SCOM, Cloudwatch
• Knowledge in Ticketing Management Tool ServiceNow or equivalent
• Google G-Suite administration experience mainly in User Account Provisioning and Management, Drive, Docs, Sheets

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
