Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly containing the history of the child.
Ensure to follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Supervisor.
Ensure all clubs rules and regulations are enforced at all times.
Maintain club/crèche clean and tidy at all times.
Be fully aware of club facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.
Follow standard operating procedures of the company.
Qualifications:
High school graduate with a minimum of six months to one year of related education and training/experience; plus business and/or administrative education.
Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties.
Must be able to complete duties in a timely manner and function in a fast-paced environment.
