KG Teacher

Responsibilities

• Incorporate creative and interactive strategies to engage students in learning and foster their curiosity and love for knowledge.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that allows for each child's unique development and growth.
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and resources and contribute to the overall development of the school.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
• Manage students' behavior and maintain discipline in the classroom.
• Plan and organize fun and educational activities to enhance students' social, emotional, and academic skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching at the kindergarten level.
• Strong understanding of child development and education principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in lesson planning and implementation.
• Familiarity with different teaching methods and techniques.
• Passionate about teaching and working with young children.
