Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets for e-commerce website.
Conversion Rates
- Improve and maintain high conversion rates in the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing with a focus on e-commerce websites, and other digital products.
- Proven track record in e-commerce-oriented websites development and its management.
- Specialist in WooCommerce and WordPress.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and emerging industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
