Key Accounts Manager - Distribution

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors serving as their main contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.
2. Identify and connect with potential distributors conducting market research to evaluate suitability based on company standards.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and training resources for distributors.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, distributor feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
5. Organize regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product presentations to enhance distributor knowledge and sales capabilities.
6. Coordinate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and resolution of distributor-related issues.
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports detailing distributor performance, market conditions, and potential growth opportunities.
8. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities that may impact distributor relationships and performance.
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to establish new contacts and strengthen existing distributor relationships.
10. This role also includes any additional duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Manager as appropriate.
11. Compliance with the company’s Quality Integrated Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems is essential alongside implementing best safety practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
