Job Purpose:
To meet the key performance indicators for executing the strategic directions and goals by promoting and providing access to our products to healthcare professionals in accordance with company guidelines and policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Territory management through planning and operating a territory by executing field activities, coverage, frequency & doctors group meetings objectives with proper reporting as per the guidance of the sales manager.
  2. Account mapping by identifying relevant stakeholders who can identify &/or act on patients' unmet medical needs to ensure proper implementation of different functional plans.
  3. Customer engagement through using Biopharma-MEA values, disease area, product knowledge, skills & allocated resources effectively to identify & satisfy unmet patient needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful strategy execution to achieve successful product launch and patient access to medication.
  5. Execute the appropriate call flow to the appropriate customer.
  6. Complete administrative tasks timely.
  7. Represent the company, team & personal good image.
  8. Compliance with all company policies, regulatory agencies, state, and national law is required.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
  2. Valid driving license.
  3. Considerable proven commercial experience and successful track records of product enlisting & achievements for at least three years in the pharmaceutical industry.
  4. Experience in hematology, rare diseases, or specialty diseases area is a definite plus.
  5. Excellent negotiation skills.
  6. Good command of the English language (written/spoken).
  7. Good command of computer & Microsoft Office skills.
  8. Demonstrate strong selling skills & possess flexible interpersonal skills that tend to collaborate to achieve the goals.
  9. Strong commitment to timelines and task achievements.
  10. Problem-solving skills. Able to analyze situations & identify rising issues, seek solutions, and provide options for decision-making.
  11. Identify opportunities and challenges and can communicate them effectively to management.
  12. Demonstrate the good values of integrity, respect, accountability, excellence, ownership & teamwork.
  13. Tendency to exert extra effort in the territory to achieve the territory goals.
