Job description

To drive the sales and promotion of Baby Milk Formula through effective engagement with pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders, ensuring product visibility and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Baby Milk Formula products to individual pharmacies and pharmacy groups.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists to ensure product promotion and increased sell-through rates.
  • Promotion & Rapport Building:
  • Motivate pharmacists through consistent engagement and rapport-building to effectively promote Baby Milk Formula products to end consumers.
  • Execute promotional strategies and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Healthcare Professional Engagement:
  • Regularly visit pediatric doctors and nurses to promote Infant Nutrition products.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and nutritional value of Baby Milk Formula, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to the management.
  • Track sales performance against targets and ensure timely corrective actions.

Core Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in promoting Infant Nutrition products, with a strong understanding of the Baby Milk Formula market.
  • Familiarity with engaging pediatric doctors, nurses, and pharmacists in Dubai and Northern Emirates.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Infant Nutrition sales or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
