We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
The Key Account Manager – Baby Category will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and suppliers within the baby products sector. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and represent the brand with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners and distributors in the baby products sector.
• Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and ensure the profitable growth of the baby product category through strategic account management and relationship building.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Product Launches: Lead the launch of new products and monitor performance in the market to ensure optimal sales and distribution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and the alignment of promotional strategies.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction and continued business relationships.
• Reporting: Regularly report on account status, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in baby category.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Location: Must be currently located in Dubai.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license required.
• Skills:

  • Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs.
