Job Summary
The overall role of the Key Account Manager is to develop and manage key accounts in the country/cluster to optimize sales and revenue opportunities across Medica portfolio, build long-term partnerships with customers and create cross-functional harmony across divisions on account level.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve strategic business relationships with accounts/key accounts to contribute to Medica vision and enhance sales and profitability across portfolio.
- Visit key accounts: Doctors & Key Institutions (hospitals, Clinics) to achieve and exceed assigned business goals, sales targets and KPIs.
- Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and build revised action plans for improved performance across accounts of responsibility.
- Analyze performance and efficiency of assigned accounts by continuously reviewing and reporting on sales performance, market trends and forecasts.
- Send on monthly basis consolidated products status reports, new opportunities, and risk assessment reports to the line manager.
- Follow up on payments from customers ensuring the customer pays on time as per expectations.
- Act as the liaison between the client and technical team ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Use CRM software to track and update sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry or any related life science is required.
- Knowledge in using Salesforce and other CRM systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of market analysis and metrics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with good presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customers, while building strong relationships.
- Owns a car with a driving license.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in aesthetic sales/medical promotion, Abou Dhabi area is required.
