Whizzhr is hiring a Key Account Manager in Dubai.

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies.

Qualification:

  1. BSc Degree in a Business-related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience in business development roles
  3. Excellent oral and written skills in English
  4. Experience within the financial services industry will be considered an advantage
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Excellent client handling, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  7. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a high level of organization
  8. Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
  9. Dynamic, innovative, and target-oriented
  10. Very good computer literacy

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Partners Portfolio Management: Effectively manage the assigned Portfolio of Partners.
  2. Partners Acquisition: Constantly seek for new partners.
  3. Market Research: Essential for understanding competition and market trends.
  4. Attending Events and Activities: Important for networking and promoting business relationships in targeted countries.
  5. Partner Support and Interaction: Handling partner inquiries and cooperating with other departments is vital for maintaining strong business relationships.
  6. System Improvement Suggestions: Indicates a role that's not just operational but also strategic in terms of process enhancements.
  7. Work Ethics: Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures.
  8. Teamwork and Collaboration: Emphasizes the importance of working well within a team for overall business growth.
  9. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Key for assessing the effectiveness of partnerships and strategies.
  10. Travel Requirements: High travel frequency for a hands-on approach to Partners Development.
