Job description

We are hiring a highly driven Key Account Managers to build and maintain strong client relationships within the Tech and SaaS industries. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Tech and SaaS sectors.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
  3. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business within existing accounts.
  4. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to enhance client engagement.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  8. Ensure a high level of customer retention by proactively addressing client concerns.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the Tech or SaaS industries.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in SAAS product sales.
  3. Strong background in B2B sales and relationship management.
  4. Ability to understand and communicate complex software solutions to clients.
  5. Experience in account planning, forecasting, and strategic client development.
  6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
