Key Account Manager

We are HIRING... Zoomlion is looking for a skilled Sales Manager (Sharjah) to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business.
2. Lead a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion achieving the monthly team target.
3. Responsible for strong regional market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.
4. Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.
5. Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
6. Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
7. Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum Graduate.
2. Overall 5-10 years with at least 3-4 years in equipment sales and 1-2 years of team management.
3. Candidates with experience in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Crane/Tower Crane and Concrete) industry will be preferred, Familiarity with MENA region.
4. Driving License: Driving license required.
5. Skills: Sales Promotion, Customer Relations, Marketing Strategies, Key Account Management, Branding.
