Job description
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Compiling reports on account progress goals and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by upselling or cross-selling.
Key Account Manager Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Requirement: Driving license holder and experienced in the field with HORECA.
