Job Description

  • Identify and prospect potential corporate clients in UAE
  • Present Naukrigulf's services and solutions effectively to meet client's recruitment requirements
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions to enhance client’s hiring strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize revenue
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of Enterprise/B2B sales experience with at least 2 years of experience in UAE
  • Proven track record in Corporate sales, SaaS sales, ERP/CRM sales, Cloud sales, Solution selling
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and result-oriented coupled with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Gulf's corporate landscape and recruitment trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
  • UAE Driving license is mandatory
