Job Purpose:

What will your main responsibilities be?

  • To achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
  • To negotiate and finalize Business Development Agreement with customers.
  • Achieve Perfect Stores Target on a monthly basis. Implement annual Business Development Agreements.
  • Plan and execute the brand activations for the customer while coordinating with all stakeholders in advance for smooth and timely execution.
  • Periodic shop visits to control visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, and competitor events.
  • Control of the credit notes/money collections and ensuring raising Credit notes on time.
  • To maintain clean and reconciled books of account. To identify and highlight customer opportunities, report and share competitors’ activities.
  • To maintain stock holding reports for warehouse customers.
  • Communication with Key Account Customers Headquarters & Supermarket Staff on the shop floor.
  • Good communication among the internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing & Cat Ops Sales and merchandising team).

What you need to succeed?

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Growth Mindset.

  • Customer management and selling essentials.
  • Objective Analytical Power.
  • Influencing Others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • Full proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships and manage effectively at a store/customer level.
  • Understanding channel & customer’s levers to build compelling selling stories that land key priorities and drive mutual growth.
  • Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization (internally & externally).
  • Strong bias for action to drive through change with multiple markets/stakeholders. Business Development & channel strategy building.
