What will your main responsibilities be?
- To achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- To negotiate and finalize Business Development Agreements with customers.
- Achieve Perfect Store targets on a monthly basis. Implement annual Business Development Agreements.
- Plan/execute brand activations for the customer while coordinating with all stakeholders in advance for smooth and timely execution.
- Periodic shop visits to control visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, and competitor events.
- Control of credit notes/money collections and ensuring timely raising of credit notes.
- Maintain clean and reconciled books of account. Identify and highlight customer opportunities, report, and share competitors' activities.
- Maintain stock holding reports for the warehouse customer.
- Communication with Key Account Customers' Headquarters & Supermarket Staff on the shop floor.
- Good communication among the internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing & Cat Ops, Sales and Merchandising team).
What you need to succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- 5 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Negotiation skills.

- Valid driving license.
- Full proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
