Job Purpose:

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
  2. To negotiate and finalize Business Development Agreements with customers.
  3. Achieve Perfect Stores Target on a monthly basis. Implement annual Business Development Agreements.
  4. Plan and execute brand activations for the customer while coordinating with all stakeholders in advance for smooth and timely execution.
  5. Periodic shop visits to control visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, and competitor events.
  6. Control of credit notes/money collections and ensure raising credit notes on time.
  7. Maintain clean and reconciled books of account, identify and highlight customer opportunities, report, and share competitors' activities.
  8. Maintain stock holding reports for warehouse customers.
  9. Communicate with Key Account Customers Headquarters & Supermarket Staff on the shop floor.
  10. Good communication among the internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing, Cat Ops, Sales, and Merchandising team).

What You Need to Succeed:

Experiences & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  2. 5 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  3. Negotiation skills.
  4. Growth mindset.
  5. Team commitment.
  6. Customer management and selling essentials.
  7. Objective analytical power.
  8. Influencing others.
  9. Excellent communication skills.
  10. Valid driving license.
  11. Full proficiency in English and Arabic.

Skills:

  1. Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships and manage effectively at a store/customer level.
  2. Understanding channel & customer levers to build compelling selling stories that land key priorities and drive mutual growth.
  3. Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization (internally & externally).
  4. Strong bias for action to drive through change with multiple markets/stakeholders. Business Development & channel strategy building.
