Coordinate with payroll and billing team to ensure accurate and on-time payroll processing and invoicing across all client accounts managed.
Conduct contract profitability reviews & identify areas of growth within client accounts.
Have a basic understanding of revenue and costing to draft costing sheets.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pitch additional services to clients.
Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, annexures, and addendums under the supervision of the Account Manager.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions, meeting clients regularly.
