Key Account Executive (QSR and Entertainment Accounts)

Our client is a leading F&B manufacturing and distribution company based in the UAE, with a thriving workforce of 1000+ employees and a proud partnership with one of the world's most renowned beverage brands.

We are seeking a Key Accounts Executive to join the team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and success.

Location:DIP 2
Timings: Monday to Friday, 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM
Industry: HORECA (QSR and Entertainment Accounts)
Experience-3-5 years
Nationality-Asian

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to identify, target, and acquire new key accounts.
• Successfully sign new accounts, expanding our customer base and market share.
• Take ownership of key accounts, overseeing their performance and ensuring alignment with volume and sales targets.
• Develop / secure new business opportunities with key accounts within the territory/Market and grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with performance related CDAs to profitably grow volume and share within the key accounts/channel
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial agreements and negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure that all agreements comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges.

Qualifications:

• Holds a university degree in a relevant field
• Possess a minimum of 3 year of hands-on experience in HORECA/Hotels within the FMCG sector in the UAE.
• Sales experience with FMCG companies with minimum 3 years in Account Executive position in Dubai
• Must have a valid UAE Driving License
• Demonstrate a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, and persuasion skills.
