Prospect, cold call, and make formal presentations of company pricing, products, and promotions to major coffee and food service customers to gain or expand new business.
Execute sales strategies in order to meet or exceed company’s sales targets and achieve KPIs as outlined in performance expectations.
Target strategic accounts for new business opportunities.
Responsible for achieving a high-level sales target with Restaurant & Cafe customers.
Coordinate customer setup and activation.
Prepare and comply with mandatory reporting systems.
Responsible for managing own KEY customers and relationships.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations to management.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, etc.
Education, Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Well networked and familiar with the HORECA industries.
