Job Purpose:

Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Negotiate and finalize Business Development Agreements with customers.
- Achieve Perfect Stores Target on a monthly basis; implement annual Business Development Agreements.
- Plan/execute brand activations for the customer while coordinating with all stakeholders for smooth and timely execution.
- Conduct periodic shop visits to control visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, and competitor events.
- Control credit notes/money collections and ensure timely raising of credit notes.
- Maintain clean and reconciled books of account; identify and highlight customer opportunities, report and share competitors’ activities.
- Maintain stock holding reports for warehouse customers.
- Communicate with Key Account Customers' Headquarters & Supermarket Staff on the shop floor.
- Ensure good communication among internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing & Cat Ops Sales and merchandising team).
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Negotiation skills.
- Growth mindset.

- Customer management and selling essentials.
- Objective analytical power.
- Ability to influence others.
- Valid driving license.
- Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
