Job description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at NCTH, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications, inquiries, and issue resolution related to NCTH accounts.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities within NCTH through proactive account management and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
