As a Key Account Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients. Your role will involve serving as the lead point of contact for all key client matters, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and services, and identifying opportunities to grow account revenue. Responsibilities

  • Monitor account performance and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of key account initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key account status, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to secure long-term partnerships and ensure mutual benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns proactively.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives and drive growth within key accounts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in key account management or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
