Junior Technician - Automation & Control (Outsource)

Carries out preventive and breakdown maintenance for all assigned discipline equipment, as tasked by the supervisor in compliance with the Work Order system in the most efficient duration to ensure minimal downtime.

Accountabilities:

1. Preventive Maintenance
   1. Perform preventive maintenance for respective discipline equipment in plants according to established schedule and maintenance cycle.
   2. Communicate major maintenance requirements to the supervisor in order to schedule corrective maintenance within the suggested/accepted timeframe.
2. Corrective Maintenance
   1. Respond to faults and failures reported in plants for respective discipline equipment through the work order system; visit sites to inspect, troubleshoot, and correct the fault.
   2. Prompt response to faults and failures. Maintenance work is carried out effectively with minimum downtime.
   3. Perform prescribed standard tests to ensure that the instrumentation device is operating properly according to established specifications in coordination with Operations.
   4. Test and repair instrumentation systems to ensure adherence to established performance levels and product quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration/Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
2. 1 year of experience in Plant maintenance.
