Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  2. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  3. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  4. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  6. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships count!).
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  5. Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals is a plus.
