· Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports in Excel for data analysis.
· Assist with data management, including organizing, cleaning, and structuring datasets.
· Configure and troubleshoot hardware devices, including tablets, printers, and laptops.
· Support end-users with technical issues related to hardware setup and performance.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) for reporting and data analysis.
· Basic understanding of hardware configuration, particularly with tablets, printers, and laptops.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
